Our final episode of 2020!! Thank god. And we go out with a bang! Becky and Emilee interview Kaite once again. This time we talk about how to come up with appropriate goals for you. First, though, we have some epic hot messes. Kaite gets in a fight and loses, Emilee is a victim of very poor planning, and Becky faces holiday shopping drama. Emilee and Becky get SAD. Emilee also gets sucked into another Pyramid Scheme. She also goes on an unexpected Binx rant (quarantining with your significant other is hard), and tries to help Becky not be so judgmental. Becky is struggling to identify “corners”, realizes she should just take a nap, and probably gets herself in trouble with the entire smoking community. Sorry in advance, smokers. But mostly, the ladies are here to talk about SAD. They talk about what causes it, how to cope with it, and commiserate with you if you have winter blues. It’s a real thing.
