Get out of your head…and into my car? Perceptions!

Emilee and Becky talk about perceptions and how they shape our outlook on life. We learn that Emilee didn’t think Becky liked her when they first met, and Becky is repressed, but can’t think of the word for it. They reveal some insecurities and get vulnerable with each other and the world. Also, they talk about bacon. Special Thanks to Ben Conrad for the amazing podcast art!

Podcast coming!!

Join us for our debut!! We are so excited to share our endless rambling with you! Haven’t you always wanted to hear 2 trainers just talk about life? It is actually pretty interesting. And also, based on the way people constantly corner trainers at a party, we know you do want to hear us talk. But please don’t ask us ” how do i get abs”. My head might blow up. BUT, assuming you don’t ask us that and our heads stay intact…its going to be so fun! So, listen, subscribe and rate us!! (only good ratings, or we will take those abs away just as quick as we gave them!)

Selfies and Captions on Selfies

Hey guys, lets call a spade a spade. When you take/post a selfie 90% of the time its because you think you look smokin ass hot. Can we all just drop the pretense of being philosophical and introspective when we are doing this? Please don’t post a pic of you in a bikini and say “be a seeker of everyday magic”, or “breathing dreams like air”. Just say “Can you see that I’m hot?” or “Can we all agree my ass is outstanding?” Chances are, we can. OR…make me really happy and have a personality. Post a smoldering look with just the right amount of cleavage and say “I have diarrhea today”. And side note, why is diarrhea so impossible to spell? I literally have to look it up every single time. And, yes, I think I may write it more than most people. So its a problem for me. But that is not the topic here. Let me bring you back to the subject…your selfies are self indulgent and stupid and even more offensive when you frame them with horrible quotes and attempts to look like you care about anything other than you and your social media presence. Get a friend to take a decent picture of you. Or if you don’t have a friend because you’re terrible and you post too many duckface selfies, get a stranger to take a beautiful picture of you. With some scenery. Not just your giant face with a touch of tits. This is my public service announcement.
